WHEN CAN I BUY TICKETS
· Tickets go on Sale at the following dates:
o Early Bird Tickets:
· If you’re on the Early Bird Waiting List – Tickets go on Sale from 1st Mar 25 from 9am – 11am
· The remainder of the earlier Bird tickets will go on sale on from 1st Mar 25 from 11am until they have all sold.
o General Sale Tickets
· These tickets go on Sale from the 1st of April 25

CAN I GET A REFUND IF I AM UNABLE TO ATTEND?
· No, tickets are non-refundable, but you can check our specific terms and conditions for any exceptions or resale options.
IS RE-ENTRY ALLOWED?
There is no re-entry allowed once admitted.
Should anyone need to leave for an emergency reason, they must speak to one of the nearest event steward, who will contact the event manager.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE EVENT IS CANCELLED
· Our festival is a rain or shine event. However, in the case of severe weather warnings that could affect safety, keep an eye on our social media for real-time updates.
DO YOU OFFER CARER TICKETS
· Yes we offer 1 x free carer tickets with anyone requiring care at the festival.
· To book carer tickets, purchase standard tickets on our website (not including the carer), then you must email our box office (info@jarboom.co.uk) with one of the following forms of supporting documentation, along with your contact details:
o PIP (Personal independence payment)
o DLA – care and/or mobility
o Letter from a medical professional
o D/deaf or blind registration
o The Access Card or equivalent with a +1 Icon for PA tickets
· A member of the team will respond to within 48 hrs to process your carer ticket.

PARKING
· We have onsite parking at the festival. This can be booked on the Website
· Disabled Parking is very close to the Festival Arena. A valid blue badge must be displayed.
· Follow all Parking directions and signage
· The cost to park is:
o Friday - £10
o Saturday - £10
DROP OFF POINTS
· We have 2 dedicated drop off point:
o Melksham Oak Community School - SN12 6QZ (With a walk through to the festival site)
o The Oakfields Festival Site – SN12 7GU
· Follow the Festival Signage

PARKING T & C’s
· Customers must show their Parking Permits (on their phone) or a paper copy. This will be checked against records and then you will gain access to Oakfield Stadium Site
· Parting attendants and supervise will advise all attendees where to park.
· For Health and Safety reasons, all festivals attendees arriving by car must remain in the car until parked.
· Parking Permits must be shown at all times
· Only customers booking Parking will be entitles to park onsite.
· Remember where you have parked -Take a picture of the parking Letter & Number
DISABLED PARKING
· Disabled parking is close to the concert arena, a valid blue badge must be displayed.
· Please advise us of any severe mobility issues at the website
COACH TRANSPORT TO THE FESTIVAL
· The Big Green Coach company is our official travel partner, providing hassle-free coach returns directly to Oakfield Stadium

HEALTH AND SAFETY
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS I CANNOT BRING TO THE FESTIVAL?
The following items will not be permitted to bring to the festival:
Any Food or Drink.
Drones or Professional recording equipment.
o Any items that could be used as an offensive weapon – all types of knives, aerosols including hairspray.
Umbrellas.
Chairs / blankets etc.
o No Large bags of any type (Maximum size of 12” x 8”) If in doubt, contact our support line – info@jarboom.co.uk
o Naked flames or private barbecues
Pets (with the exception of assistance dogs)
Or anything that could be considered a hazard. Check our website for a detailed list.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON PRESCRIPTION / NON-PRESCRIPTION DRUGS
Anyone with authorised medication, may leave this with the onsite medical team in a named container with your contact details on (Name, Address and Phone Number)
All medication should be in the original named / labled containers / packaging with the original doctors / pharmacists instruction for use printed on them.
Anyone found to have any illegal drugs on them for personal or for general distribution will have these drugs confiscated and will be banned from the festival.
· Note – Trained Sniffer dogs will be at both entrance gates.
WHAT MEDICAL FACILITIES ARE AVAILABLE?
The festival has a full onsite medical team including a site medical officer, paramedics, first responders. An ambulance is also on site.
Full signage will be displayed showing all attendees where they can get any medical attention.
WHAT TO DO IN A MEDICAL EMERGENCY
Contact any Festival Staff who will be wearing Hi Viz Jackets who will call for immediate medical assistance.
WELFARE SERVICES AND WHAT IS AVAILABLE?
· The following personal welfare services will be available at the festival
o A Welfare Care team, for those in need of assistance
o A quite ‘chill’ zone
· Additional welfare services include:
o Free water stations throughout the site with lost cost bottled water all available from all bars
o A phone Charging station
o A lost and found station
o An Information points where attendees can get assistance.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I LOSE MY BELONGINGS?
If you lose any items at the festival, our lost property area will be at the General Information Marquee near the main Oakfields Site Entrance.
Should you find anything, please also bring it to the Festival Information Point
All items of lost or found items will be logged. Contact the Festival Information team to see if your item has been found.
NB - if the lost device is a phone, you will be required to describe it and open the device before it will be handed over.

FOOD AND DRINK
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD OR DRINK
Due to our licensing and our vendor and sponsorship agreements, NO FOOD OR DRINK items will be permitted to be brought on site
We have multiple areas throughout the festival you will be able to alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
We have a number of food vendors suppling a wide variety food and drinks for all tastes and dietary needs including Vegan, Vegetarian and those with dietary needs (Gluten free)
Free potable water will be available on site.
You may bring a reuseable (empty) bottle to use on site.
HOW DO I PAY FOR ITEMS CASH OR CARD ?
· WTF25! Is a cashless event, so please bring:
Your Phone with your Credit / Debit Card stored on it
or
A Physical credit / debit card.

GENERAL T & C’s
WHAT ARE THE AGE RESTRICTIONS FOR THE FESTIVAL?
The festival is strictly for individuals over 18 years of age due to the sale and consumption of alcohol and the nature of the event.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE FESTIVAL?
Bring your:
Ticket (Paper or your phone – make sure its charges)
Valid ID (See below for valid form of ID)
Your Phone with your Credit / Debit Card or a Physical credit / debit card.
Comfortable clothing suitable for the weather including:
A mack if its predicted to rain (we will be selling macks if needed) ,
A Hat if it’s hot – (we will be selling Hats if needed)
a reusable water bottle
Any personal items you may need throughout the day.
NB – Remember the bag size limit – 12” x 8” and remember your bag will be subject to search at the entrance.
CAN I PAY WITH CASH FOR ANYTHING
· No, WTF25! Is a cashless event.
WHAT ‘ID’ DO I NEED TO BRING
The following are all acceptable forms of ID
Passport: A valid UK or international passport
Driving license: A valid UK or EU driver's license
Citizen Card: A photo ID card that proves age and identity
Young Scot card: A PASS card that proves age
EU national identity card: A valid card from an EU country
PASS card: A card from the Proof of Age Standards Scheme, which is recommended by the Home Office
WHAT ARE THE FESTIVAL TIMINGS?
Friday – Gates open at 4pm – Music from 5pm - 11pm
Saturday – Gates open at 1pm – Music from 2pm - 11pm
CAN I BRING MY CHILDREN TO THE FESTIVAL?
No, this is an 18+ event.
Anyone lucky enough to look younger than 25, will be subject to verification of age, so please bring valid ID (see ID info above)
Are there any performance schedules available prior to the event?
The full line up of our festival will be released over the 2 weeks prior to the Early Bird Ticket Release on the 1st of Mar 25, and over the following 2 weeks.
Once the full lineup has been released, we will post the timings of both days line ups on all our marketing channels. (Website / Facebook / Instagram / SMS / Flyers) or on the festival website.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
In the unlikely event of one or more days of the festival being cancelled a full refund will be paid subject to our cancellation T & C’s
Explain the refund or rescheduling policy in case the event cannot go ahead as planned.
Are there any environmental policies in place?
WTF25! Sustainability policy includes the following: -
A tree is being plan=ted for every ticket sold at WTF25!
All food packaging will be in biodegradable packaging
No single use plastics on site
Recycling Bins will be throughout the Festival
Greywater use for cleaning
